All computer parts and components are warranted for 1 year from date of purchase*, and there may be additional warrantees provided by the manufacturer. There are no returns on any parts after 30 days. There are no returns on any installed parts or any software. All returns must be presented in original packaging & accompanied by original sales invoice and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. There is no return on physically damaged parts.

All PPCSI systems are warranted for 1, 2 or 3 year's from date of purchase, depending on warranty period stipulated on sales invoice. System must be accompanied by the original sales invoice and be returned in the original packaging when being presented for warranty. All service, upgrades and repairs must be done by PPCSI during warranty period unless other arrangements are made and stated in writing. PPCSI, it's employees and representatives are not responsible for loss of data. You should ALWAYS Backup your files BEFORE having any work performed on your computer. We can provide this 'Archive Service' for you if you have no Current System Backups in case of catastrophic system or component failures.
